: Absolutely. Until now we only had UTC±%d-categories, but this is sub-optimal if you live in a time zone that implements DST. So I added new time zone categories right now [[:Category:User in EST/EDT]], which should meet your requirements and [[:Category:User in CET/CEST]] where I will move my user page now, more will follow at request.
