The rationale here is that "euhekts" in the 19edt sense seem to have entirely been an invention of MoreMajorThanMajor, and not used anywhere else on the internet than this page. 39 is a much more useful amount to subdivide the tritave into than 19, considering 19 is more or less the same as cents. |
