49/36, the Arabic lute acute fourth, is composed of two subminor thirds of 7/6, and is the interval between 9/7 and 7/4. It is 540/539 (~4 ¢) flat of 15/11. Tempering out 540/539 leads to 11-limit swetismic chords, such as the tempering of 1–9/7–3/2–7/4 (note that this chord is 15-odd-limit).
