A couple of weeks after the ban expired, and they're still doing exactly the same problematic things that we have to revert with no sign of any reflection, communication or even acknowledgement of the existence of other users. :I think they are just creating placeholder pages to fill in later, but I agree they are spamming recent changes. I know from using FANDOM that there is a "minor edit" feature on MediaWiki which hides edits from recent changes, so maybe they could use that (although, seeing the earlier topics on this page, I don't think they'll ever see this message of mine...).
