96/95 is a 19-limit superparticular interval of about 18.13 ¢. It is the difference between 6/5 and 19/16. In Ben Johnston's notation, 95/96 is the formal comma used to express 19-limit intervals, while the Functional Just System and Helmholtz-Ellis notation use 513/512 instead.

It is also known as the rootminor comma, equating the 16:19:24 otonal minor triad with the 10:12:15 utonal.
