Temperament pages

Notes:

  1. Order:
  2. Only keep minimax tuning and tuning ranges if they don't exist in the dedicated temperament page. Since minimax tunings are based on tonality diamonds, it should explicitly state the odd limit, or a diamond function of ratios.
  3. Relocate algebraic generator to the intro to the temperament.
  4. Remove lattice basis, projection pair, and complexity spectrum, but determine if any of them is worth relocating to their collection pages.
  5. Comma list should be the Tenney-minimal commas sufficient to define the temperament, stated in Normal forms #Normal forms for commas.
  6. For subgroup temperaments, "mapping" becomes "subgroup-val mapping" and "gencom mapping"".
  7. In mapping generators, make sure all the ratios as used in the mapping, including the period, are present.
    • If the subgroup is trivial, simply show "WE"/"CWE", otherwise show "subgroup/inharmonic WE/CWE" instead.
  8. Make sure there are cent symbols after cent values.
