== Keyscape? == | |||
Are we sure Keyscape has .tun support? It seems to have a few presets but I don't see how to get it to load an arbitrary scale. Mike Battaglia (talk) 07:28, 12 December 2023 (UTC)

::: Thanks Xenwolf! I’m struggling to be up to date and so I’m a bit frustrated that can’t collect myself and just make any useful things here yet… I haven’t even finished my synthesis projects, meh. ::: Ah, if there won’t be any disagreements about FloraC’s suggestion in a week or so, I guess the least I can do is to implement it. :D Arseniiv (talk) 15:45, 27 September 2021 (UTC) | ::: Ah, if there won’t be any disagreements about FloraC’s suggestion in a week or so, I guess the least I can do is to implement it. :D Arseniiv (talk) 15:45, 27 September 2021 (UTC)

::::: No need to rush! I don't exactly have a complete overview at the moment either. --Xenwolf (talk) 05:47, 29 September 2021 (UTC)
== Sources of SFZ and other sample libraries supported by microtonal samplers ==
What do you think about another page cataloguing various sample libraries out there in the wild, which can be plugged into a sampler from the list on this main page? It’s one step removed from specifically being related to xen, buut… a sampler is practically useless without a good library.
If this goes okay, from the top of my browser’s history, I may suggest these places:
* PianoBook — free libraries (still mainly pianos? maybe not!) in various formats: SFZ, Kontakt, Decent Sampler (is it xen yet?), EXS24 (don’t remember where do you use it). Stories of making, videos or audio demos.
* sfzinstruments.github.io: “There are many SFZ instruments online, some commercial and some free, here is a list.”
* Michael Picher’s sample libraries — SFZ, if I’m not mistaken all free but one currently unavailable whatever it means. Audio demos.
* Versilian Community Sample Library — CC0 SFZ.
* Rudi Fiasco — currently just one SFZ library K18 Upright Piano; free, with an audio demo.
* SFZ tools lists including converters (for instance, from EXS24) but I haven’t checked how well they work.
