There are many conceivable ways to map 50edo onto the onto the Lumatone keyboard. Only one, however, agrees with the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean.
Diatonic
Since 50edo is a good Meantone tuning, the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean is good for it, with a range of just under 5 octaves, which are distributed perfectly horizontally.
