:::: If we keep the current convention of uploading them as files, we can mark them as "protected" to prevent accidentally modifying or deleting them. We would continue to take advantage of the existing caching rules, licensing features, etc. The path that it saves them to disk is part of a hash of the filename, so it will always be the same path.
