A minor-major seventh chord is a tetrad comprising a root, minor third, perfect fifth, and major seventh.
In temperaments
The minor-major seventh chord is a 15-odd-limit essentially tempered chord in marvel and thus in septimal meantone, for which the historically prevalent quarter-comma meantone is a good tuning, with the augmented fifth between the third and the seventh being 75/48, tempered together with 14/9.
