I don't know about you, but something tells me we need additional names for 39/32 and 64/39 that reference how they are tridecimal neutral intervals. I know that I personally would prefer to call 39/32 the "Tridecimal Narrow Neutral Third" while calling 16/13 the "Tridecimal Wide Neutral Third".
