Updating the List

Since Graham Breed's x31eq site seems to have lost touch with the Wiki after the move from Wikispaces, and since certain temperament names have changed while other names have been added, I think we need to go through and add both the Mercator family to this list as well as Antitonic, and, if it hasn't already been added, Antaeus. I'd also be happy to work out stuff concerning Nexal and Tribilo temperaments- If I knew how to add that stuff onto this list. --Aura (talk) 21:49, 19 April 2021 (UTC)

Is "Tribilo" a systematic name from Kite's system, or something else? Mike Battaglia (talk) 21:54, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
Tribilo is a systematic name from Kite's system. Specifically, it is the color name for the nexus comma. That said, it does seem that that name can also be useful, say, in distinguishing the comma's 2.3.11 subgroup temperaments and their no-fives-no-sevens extensions from the comma's full 11-limit temperaments and their extensions. --Aura (talk) 22:22, 19 April 2021 (UTC)

Switch to defactored Hermite form

Before any update, should we normalize the mappings to the defactored Hermite form? FloraC (talk) 13:00, 21 November 2021 (UTC)

I think it's a good idea and I just did it. But if anyone wants to revert that's fine with me. As I noted on Discord, the entire list was already defactored so there's no problem there; it's just that it wasn't also in HNF. --Cmloegcmluin (talk) 16:10, 22 November 2021 (UTC)
Impressive. FloraC (talk) 16:17, 22 November 2021 (UTC)
Haha. Thanks. I just used my RTT library in Wolfram Language. Most of the work was just text manipulation to get it in and out of the wiki template format. --Cmloegcmluin (talk) 18:25, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
