The ragnaroksma, is a 13-limit (no-3s) comma found as the difference between a symbiotic comma and 3 ibnsinmas, or alternatively, between a stack of 4 77/64, and a stack of 3 65/64s up an octave. It is also the difference between a harmonisma and an yggdrasilsma.

Temperaments

It is tempered out in freyr and its temperaments, such as newt, hemififths, and a complex Hemiwuerschmidt extension (99ef & 229). Tempering alone in the 13-limit leads to the rank-5 ragnaroksmic temperament, and tempering it alone in the no-3 13-limit leads to ragnarok.

Etymology

The comma was named by Flora Canou in 2026, after the great battle of Ragnarök in Norse mythology, which leads to the end of the world and the death of almost all gods, probably after the immense accuracy of the comma portraying an absolute end to the temperament sequence.
