The compdye scale pattern is a 24-note ternary pattern that can be made by taking a 12-note Pythagorean scale and cloning it with an offset of 81/80~64/63. It is notable in aberrismic theory due to the relatively accurate tempering of harmonic segment 1::12 contained within it. It can be notated as 5L7m12s. The pattern can be found in edos such as 41, 46, and 58 and is strongly associated with pele temperament.
