8:11:12 is an 11-limit triad that may be called the harmonic suspended fourth chord. It is one of the simplest 11-limit chords, and can be thought of as the frequency-scale inverse of the Pythagorean suspended second chord, 8:9:12. Its middle note differs from the middle note of the Pythagorean suspended fourth chord, 6:8:9, by 33/32. Unlike 6:8:9, this chord is otonal. Its inverse is 22:24:33.
