Neutral sixth

Neutral sixths are an interval region corresponding to intervals in the range of approximately 830-870c, according to Margo Schulter's Regions of the Interval Spectrum. This region contains many notable intervals in xenharmonic theory, such as 13/8, or the tridecimal neutral sixth, and 18/11, or the undecimal neutral sixth.
