19afdo (arithmetic frequency division of the octave), or 19odo (otonal division of the octave), divides the octave into 19 parts of 1/19 each. It is a superset of 18afdo and a subset of 20afdo. As a scale it may be known as mode 19 of the harmonic series or the Over-19 scale.

Phrygian over-19: 19:20:23:25:28:30:34:38

Lydian over-19: 19:21:24:27:28:32:36:38
