153/152, Ganassi's comma or the ganassisma, is a 19-limit superparticular comma. It is the amount by which 19/17 falls short of 9/8.
Temperaments
If the comma is tempered out in 2.3.19/17, it leads to the little ganassi temperament, and if this is extended to the full prime subgroup 2.3.17.19, it leads to the ganassi temperament.
Etymology
153/152 is named after Sylvestro Ganassi, who devised a well-temperament based in part on the consecutive integers 16:17:18:19, therefore making 19/17 span a whole tone just like 9/8 (18/16).
