There are many conceivable ways to map 29edo onto the Lumatone keyboard. Only one, however, agrees with the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean. This is "Preset 7 29-HTT Bosanquet M" in the official Lumatone manual.

Diatonic
This is "Preset 7 — 29-HTT Bosanquet" in version 1.0 of the official Lumatone manual (it does not appear in version 1.21).

Semiquartal (Immunity)
Since 29edo tunes barbados chords excellently, the semiquartal layout works particularly well if you want a larger range.
The 4L 1s Immunity mapping works particularly well if you want a larger range, as barbados chords are tuned very accurately, gentle ones slightly less so, and 5-limit ones have far higher error, which conveniently aligns with the ease of fingering those types of chord.

This can be compressed down to a 1L 3s mapping that maximises range and keeps octaves even closer to horizontal, but makes the fingerings for non-barbados chords more awkward to play.

Porcupine
If you do want to focus on the 5-limit, the 1L 6s Porcupine mapping makes it as easily accessible as possible for this edo and has the same range as the diatonic mapping.

The 7L 1s Porcupine layout is also another option:

The 1L 6s layout works as well, but puts octaves all over the place.
