The Immunity mapping works particularly well if you want a larger range, as barbados chords are tuned very accurately. However, the resulting 5L 4s scale has a 5:1 step ratio which makes it somewhat lopsided.
The 4L 1s Immunity mapping works particularly well if you want a larger range, as barbados chords are tuned very accurately, gentle ones slightly less so, and 5-limit ones have far higher error, which conveniently aligns with the ease of fingering those types of chord.

The 7L 1s Porcupine layout is also a good option as it keeps octaves close to horizontal, but sacrifices some range.
If you do want to focus on the 5-limit, the 1L 6s Porcupine mapping makes it as easily accessible as possible for this edo and has the same range as the diatonic mapping.

There are many conceivable ways to map 29edo onto the onto the Lumatone keyboard. Only one, however, agrees with the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean.

Diatonic

This is "Preset 7 — 29-HTT Bosanquet" in version 1.0 of the official Lumatone manual (it does not appear in version 1.21).

Semiquartal (Immunity)

The 4L 1s Immunity mapping works particularly well if you want a larger range, as barbados chords are tuned very accurately, gentle ones slightly less so, and 5-limit ones have far higher error, which conveniently aligns with the ease of fingering those types of chord.

Porcupine

If you do want to focus on the 5-limit, the 1L 6s Porcupine mapping makes it as easily accessible as possible for this edo and has the same range as the diatonic mapping.
