There are many conceivable ways to map 97edo onto the onto the Lumatone keyboard. However, the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean is unable to cover the full gamut of every octave, with the mildly sharp (patent val), flat (b val), and highly sharp (bb val) versions having many skipped notes.
Diatonic
If not for the problem of failing to cove the complete gamut (such as on a hypothetical XL-size Lumatone having at least 485 keys within the span of five octaves), the mildly sharp (patent val) version would be a respectable mapping to use at the intersection of Immunity with Orson; while the flat version would be a plausible (although overly complex) Flattone mapping (using the 97bcc val).

The bb (highly sharp) val falls on Magic; but for Magic, the fifth is not the generator, and optimal tunings for Magic have a better fifth anyway, so a diatonic mapping does not suit the purpose of using 97edo in a Magic-like temperament (assuming a derivative that gives easy access to both the sharp fifth and the patent fifth), even if one had a hypothetical XL-sized Lumatone.
Unnamed high-limit temperament
Bryan Deister has used the 16L 1s/15L 7s layout for 97edo, as demonstrated in microtonal improvisation in 97edo (2025). Although 97edo is at the intersection of Immunity and Orson, this layout does not closely match either temperament, instead using a rightward generator 6\97 which is very close to 24/23, and an upward generator 5\97 which is very close to 29/28. The range is less than 2 octaves, and the octaves slant upwards if following the 16L 1s scale but are nearly level if following the 15L 7s scale; all notes are represented at least once (although getting this within a full 0 to 0 octave requires shifting the 0 point 1 key right from Bryan Deister's usual placement in the lower left corner, to avoid cutting off some notes on the left end).
