6728/6727, the sushi comma, is an unnoticeable comma in the 31-limit (also 2.7.29.31 subgroup) of about 0.257 cents. It is the amount by which a stack of two 31/29's falls short of 8/7. Tempering it out equates 841/840 and 961/960. This also equates 435/434 with 465/464, splitting 225/224 in half and equidistancing 15/14–31/29–16/15.
It was named by Xenllium in 2025. Its name may be related to the large ricegrain comma and small ricegrain comma, which Xenllium named the same day.
