1048576/1048575, the mebisma is a 41-limit superparticular comma of about 0.00165 cents. It is the amount by which a stack consisting of 16/15, 32/31 and 64/55 exceeds 41/32. This comma is notably tempered by 311edo, an excellent 41-limit temperament.

Etymology

The word megabyte for this comma was suggested by Xenllium in 2023 to refer to the numerator 1048576 (220) but it was changed due to it having nothing to do with bytes or with the kilobyte comma to the "mebisma" based on "mebi-" being the SI prefix for 220 = 10242 and being a shorter name.
