This template to be placed at the bottom of pages about notation systems.
This template is to be placed at the bottom of pages about notation systems.
Not every notation system page is meant to appear here. This is meant to be a curated list of only the easiest-to-parse and most general-purpose notation system pages.
By contrast, Category:Notation is meant to serve as a comprehensive list of every notation system page.
Usage
Place
{{navbox notation}}
at the bottom of a page to get:
| Musical notation | |
|---|---|
| General systems | Sagittal notation |
| Just intonation | Functional Just System • Ben Johnston's notation • Helmholtz–Ellis notation • Color notation |
| MOS scales | Diamond-MOS notation |
| Temperaments (broad) |
Circle-of-fifths notation • Ups and downs notation • Syntonic-rastmic subchroma notation |
| Temperaments (specialised) |
• Extended meantone notation (meantone temperament & related EDOs)
• Porcupine notation (porcupine temperament & related EDOs) • Mason Green's notation (19edo, Carlos Beta, and Phoenix) • Arcturus hendecatonic notation (EDTs with a 2L 9s MOS) |
All other notation-related pages are included in Category:Notation | |
