How often do these come up in practice? "Insane" temperaments seem be to no more than some theoretical pathological case.
As it turns out this is equivalent to the comma basis having torsion, so at best this article can be a sidenote in the relevant article on torsion or saturation. It certainly doesn't need to be included here: [[https://en.xen.wiki/w/Mathematical_Theory]]
