Huh?
I expected span to be mainly this Wikipedia: Linear span. Why does the logarithmic interval size needs to take such a term? Who uses the term this way? FloraC (talk) 11:47, 22 December 2021 (UTC)
- I use the term this way, and so do plenty of pages on this wiki from people like Gene and etc. Note the usage of span on https://en.xen.wiki/w/Generator_complexity, https://en.xen.wiki/w/Harmonic, https://en.xen.wiki/w/Hypopent, all referring to the span of an interval in this way.
