are you sure about 10:12:13:18 as a half-diminished chord? you are more likely talking about 6/5-13/9-9/5 which includes a blueish larger tritone 13/9 there. and it barely make sense in Otonal nor Utonal chords. and there are maybe more like 12:14:17:21 or something -- User:FilterNashi.

oops, i think you're right! i was thinking of 13/8 (not 13/9) as a sixth when rooting the chord as a 1-2-4-6 tetrad, which doesn't line up at all with the simple otonal structure in the rest of the chord.

It gives good audio and visual demonstrations of some of the chords discussed in this article.
