Pages in Chinese

Plz remember to add {{Foreign language|Simplified Chinese}} to these pages.

Also, plz follow the existing format when you add music links.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe links to videos on Bilibili are in this form: https://www.bilibili.com/video/xxxxxxxxxxxx/. The rest seems to be their tracking token, which I encourage you to remove.

Formatting lists & crediting original author

Plz follow existing formatting practice when you add music links. That is, when you add music links, use this format:

; [[Author]]
* ''Work 1''
* ''Work 2''
* ''Work 3''

See Help: Editing for more info on how it works.

Also, when you add music links, make sure to check if the work is an original work or an arrangement. In the latter case pls put it in Modern renderings section with the original author and year of original release. Then, add the arranger and year of arrangement after the link.

More information on this

I second the motion — I keep having to fix these. Also note the current Wikipedia link format:

; {{W|Author}}
* ''Work 1''
* ''Work 2''
* ''Work 3''

instead of:

; [[wikipedia:Author]]
* ''Work 1''
* ''Work 2''
* ''Work 3''

Also try to get the (Roman) alphabetical sort order right — the sort order here is a bit strange, but it is by family name (usually last name for European/American names, first name for Chinese and Japanese names), unless the artist name is not a proper name (like They Might Be Giants, in which case those sort by whole name. I have to keep fixing this as well.

Filtering the sources

I also think it's important to maintain a basic standard for inclusion, like I don't think simple chord progression demos should be added as musical pieces. —FloraC (talk) 10:35, 2 November 2026 (UTC)

On your recent additions

You added Bilibili videos BV1F8n66qEkC and BV1pmpJ6HEwc to the 3-limit page, both under the title Huan Xiang Wei Gong. Are you sure that they are the same piece? I'm afraid I don't hear any similarity, and also don't think the first piece is in 3-limit. —FloraC (talk) 16:55, 26 October 2026 (UTC)
