Fendo

Fendo is the regular temperament which tempers out 40/39 in 2.3.5.13. This equates 4/3 with the tendo third 13/10. Fendo was devised as an alternative interpretation of scales, chords, etc commonly associated with Father, as Vector believes father's temperament characteristics were designed more to suggest harmonic function than to actually serve as a temperament.

In fendo, the fourth / tendo third (hence "fendo") serves the role of both, making the main chords of triadic harmony in fendo essentially suspended chords.

5edo and 13edo make good fendo systems.
