8:10:13 is an otonal chord. It sort of sounds like an augmented fifth chord, though 13/8 is not usually considered an augmented fifth on its own, as it is often deemed a hyperminor sixth or a neutral sixth.

It is one of the easiest to use in the 13-limit, due to the triadic-like structure, the wide spacing of the intervals, and the 5/4 anchor, compared to other 13-limit chords that are more cluttered or xenharmonic like 8:12:13, or 8:11:13.
