(3/2 appears twice as the reduced product of 3x15 and 5x9) With 6 perfect fifths, plus imperfect but still diatonic ones sharp by 100/99 and 144/143, this is quite strong harmonically. Melodically it is a little weaker, with multiple close cluster steps near the start of the scale, but as even the smallest step is an easily distinguished 66/65 and the largest step is well under a whole tone, it still winds up above average overall.
