In 7-limit just intonation, 112/81 is the septimal diminished fifth or subdiminished fifth of about 561 ¢. It is a perfect fourth above 28/27, the septimal minor second. It can also be dubbed grave narrow tritone or grave Huygen's tritone, being a syntonic comma flat of 7/5. It is of importance in edf scales as the fifth-reduced 7th harmonic, and is nearly identical to 4\5edf.
