Lumatone mapping for 12edo

The standard mapping of 12edo onto the Lumatone agrees with the Standard Lumatone mapping for Pythagorean. Note that each pitch is repeated 4 or 5 times. This is "Preset 1 channels 4 and 6. Set the MIDI instrument/device you are controlling to OMNI to control one instrument with all keys.
