What does this notation mean?

This article uses the notation "Standard L2 norm 7.195 : 5.400 2.149 : 2.763 12.882×10-3 : 12.435×10-3". What does it mean?
Left (e.g. 7.195) is the result from magic, right (e.g. 5.400) is from meantone as is marked on the title of the table. Is it really a problem? FloraC (talk) 05:15, 24 July 2020 (UTC)
