The toastedosma is a small, no 2s, 13-limit comma. It is the difference between the porcupine comma and the negustma. It is tempered out in 41edo among others.
Etymology
This comma was named by committee at the 2026 Untwelve Microtonal Recording Retreat, and the connection is apparent when you closely study the horogram on the side of a box of Great Value Toasted O's.[clarification needed]
Examples
This piece is arranged for a 6 string kite bass, a 7 string electric kite guitar, and a synthesizer part. There are two separate chord progressions that traverse the toastedosma.
