Hi Fredg999,
you might already know this, but I want to assure you: you are free to add as many pages of any name to your part of the user namespace. To get an overview of all your sub pages on you user page, you can add {{Special:Prefixindex|prefix={{FULLPAGENAME}}/|hideredirects=1|stripprefix=1}} to it, FULLPAGENAME will then be replaced by User:Fredg999/. Finally a word about the headings: Like in Wikipedia, headings in pages of the main namespace should be from h2 to h6 (however, the levels 5 and 6 don't look good), h1 should be avoided.
