are you sure about 10:12:13:18 as a half-diminished chord? you are more likely talking about 6/5-13/9-9/5 which includes a blueish larger tritone 13/9 there. and it barely make sense in Otonal nor Utonal chords. and there are maybe more like 12:14:17:21 or something

oops, i think you're right! i was thinking of 13/8 (not 13/9) as a sixth when rooting the chord as a 1-2-4-6 tetrad, which doesn't line up at all with the simple otonal structure in the rest of the chord. it's fixed now; thank you for bringing this to my attention!
