"Soviet Ferris wheel"

Can we find a single-word replacement? I've seen more than one material that calls for single-worded temperament names (such as this Naming Convention Suggestion) FloraC (talk) 14:09, 8 March 2023 (UTC)

That would be a really tough word to find. This may be a bit idiosyncratic, but the namesake is also a huge staple of Eastern European people's childhoods, including my own, these wheels were and still are standing everywhere I grew up and traveled. I'll think of a single-word replacement that carries the same meaning but I think it's unlikely. Eliora (talk) 14:09, 18 September 2023 (UTC)

I think an easy compromise would be to write compound temperament names as hyphenated compound words: in this case, "soviet-ferris-wheel". Fredg999 (talk) 02:42, 19 September 2023 (UTC)
