The Well-Tempered 13-Tone Clavier (WT13C) is a collaborative Discord project to create 26 "major" and "minor" preludes and fugues in 13edo oneirotonic (5L 3s MOS), not necessarily in a Baroque style.

  • Preludes and fugues in major and minor on each 13edo key. The pieces need not follow a strict Baroque style.
    • The only requirements for major and minor are: the third degree of the home mode/tonality should be major and minor respectively. You can use any MOS or MODMOS of oneirotonic (5L 3s in 13edo) you wish; you may use modal harmony or any form of functional harmony.
  • Odd-numbered preludes and fugues are in major, even-numbered preludes and fugues are in minor. The tonics go up the 13edo gamut as in Bach's WTC: J major, J minor, J& major, J& minor, K major, K minor, ... (The notation used is that described in the oneirotonic article, J = 360 Hz).
  • The pieces should be playable in any 13-well temperament (13edo, 13-nejis and non-JI WTs are all allowed).
