Since the abbreviation Neji stands for near equal just intonation, is it really restricted to overtone scales, or to be even more precise to primodality the section where I found its definition? To me this name and concept seems applicable to a wider ranged of scales as well. I could imagine an own article about it which of course (also) refers to overtone scales.
