323/322, the major semivicema is a 23-limit superparticular comma measuring about 5.37 cents. It forms the difference between 17/14 (septendecimal semi-minor third) and 23/19 (vicesimotertial semi-minor third).
Etymology
The name major semivicema is contrast to the minor semivicema, 392/391, measuring about 4.42¢, which is the difference between 17/14 and 28/23. 323/322 is larger than 392/391 by a 19-limit unnoticeable comma, 5491/5488. The word semivicema was introduced by Xenllium in 2023. It is a contraction of semi-minor vicesimotertial comma into a single word.
