::: The template was introduced when the recategorization tool was not yet available, so its value is no longer present.It should also be a performance issue: direct categorization should be cheaper. So one option would be to do it by hand (it's [https://en.xen.wiki/index.php?title=Special%3AWhatLinksHere&limit=500&hideredirs=1&hidelinks=1&target=Template%3AIoT&namespace=0 this list that provides direct ''edit'' links]).
