50edo also does well beyond the 13-limit, with 11/9 being the only inconsistency in the 19-odd-limit. Prime 23 also follows the flat tendency, though odd 21 and many of its intervals are inconsistent, so maybe the 19-limit is the place to stop. There should be more mention of this in the article.--Overthink (talk) 22:51, 7 November 2025 (UTC)

: I agree — I haven't put that in, but I did extend the table of odd harmonics, finding that prime harmonics all the way up to 23 are good. Lucius Chiaraviglio (talk) 06:26, 8 November 2025 (UTC)
Gene, if you're watching: We're stepping on each other's edits a bit.

I've just added the commas 245/242, 144/143, and 196/195 to the list. This was after you added names to the others. If you know their names as well, please feel free to add them; I'm done making changes for now.

Thanks,

Jake

Higher limits

50edo also does well beyond the 13-limit, with 11/9 being the only inconsistency in the 19-odd-limit. Prime 23 also follows the flat tendency, though odd 21 and many of its intervals are inconsistent, so maybe the 19-limit is the place to stop. There should be more mention of this in the article.--Overthink (talk) 22:51, 7 November 2025 (UTC)

I agree — I haven't put that in, but I did extend the table of odd harmonics, finding that prime harmonics all the way up to 23 are good. Lucius Chiaraviglio (talk) 06:26, 8 November 2025 (UTC)
