Reorganized table, emphasized standard JI values, added hekts, increased precision to 3 digits (except for the nearby JI columns), fixed a few errors, added a few lines at the bottom to reach ~5 octaves

This page gives the intervals of the equal tempered [[BP|Bohlen-Pierce]] scale -- the 13th root of 3, along with some nearby just ratios for comparison.
