Vega is a tritave-based rank-2 temperament with a generator near 15/11 or 11/5. The name was given by CompactStar in analogy to Sirius, Arcturus, and Canopus. It tempers out the small comma 14641/14625, the amount by which 4 11/5's exceed [[13/11].  The 11:13:15 triad is a characteristic feature of many Vega scales.
