A minor-major seventh chord is a tetrad comprising a root, minor third, perfect fifth, and major seventh.

In the 5-limit:
- 40:48:60:75 is found on the I (1⁄1), IV (4⁄3), and V (3⁄2) of the duodene.
In the 3-limit:
- 3456:4096:5184:6561 spans eight octave-reduced fifths, and may be considered a 3-limit approximation of 40:48:60:75.
