* Preludes and fugues in oneiromajor and oneirominor on each 13edo key. The pieces need not follow a strict Baroque style.
Despite the name, any detuning of 13edo close enough to 13edo to qualify as a [[well temperament]] may be used.
* Odd-numbered preludes and fugues are in major, even-numbered preludes and fugues are in minor. The tonics go up the 13edo gamut as in Bach's WTC: J major, J minor, J& major, J& minor, K major, K minor, ...
* The pieces should be playable on any 13-well temperament (13edo, 13-[[neji]]s and non-JI WTs are all allowed).
* The only requirements for major and minor are: the third degree of the home mode/tonality should be major and minor respectively. You can use any MOS or MODMOS of [[oneirotonic]] (5L 3s in 13edo) you wish.

The Well-Tempered 13edo Clavier (WT13C) is a collaborative Discord project to create 14 pieces in 13edo, not necessarily in a Baroque style. This project is currently on hiatus, but anyone is welcome to resurrect it.

Despite the name, any detuning of 13edo close enough to 13edo to qualify as a well temperament may be used.
