72EDO and 12EDO instruments

What you say for combining 12EDO DAW instruments also works for real instruments: Ivan Wyschnegradsky's Arc-en-ciel, for 6 pianos in twelfth tones, Op. 37 (1956). That's quite interesting. I bet you could get some interesting results by retuning the strings on a 12edo guitar to different non-12edo steps of 72edo. Tristanbay (talk) 17:14, 2 September 2025 (UTC)
