Ferris Wheel notation is a notation I've provided for rank-2 fractional-octave temperaments.

Theory

Notation uses the gondola subset for equal divisions, notated using letter u, greek upsilon, or any symbol that resembles a bowl or a cabin or a gondola, and sharp and flat symbols move by one reduced generator.

In sheet notation, the temperament name and what do sharps and flats move by is given at the top of the staff, above the clef. For example:

Atomic

12edo is notated as a chromatic scale in its own right without accidentals, and perfect fifth is notated as 7u#.

Ennealimmal

9edo is notated without accidentals, and since 3/2 is reached in two reduced generators and 9edo's best fifth is 5\9, this means the notation for 3/2 in Ferris wheel notation is 5ux.
