Broken temperament links

The links to temperaments in the last part of the page do not work. They result in a 403 error from x31eq.com: "You have requested a web page that is not available." Not sure whether this is an x31eq problem or something wrong with the links that caused them to stop working (like for instance after an x31eq.com update).

Expert needed

Someone needs to check the various claims about (equal) temperament approximations that are here. They seem like pure speculation to me.
